Moving....again

We are moving on Friday to Louisiana. It is a very bittersweet time for me. We will be moving further away from our families but will get to open a new UA store. Philip got a promotion so that also makes things a little sweeter. We will be renting a house which I am excited about. We still have lots to do. Gotta get packing!

4 month visit

When Collin went in for his four month appointment, we found out he lost almost half a pound. :( He weighed 12 lbs 10 ozs and was about 25 inches long. We have to supplement with formula and go back in a week to check his weight.

Rollin'

Collin finally rolled over this morning. I knew he could do it because he could roll half way but wouldn't do it all the way. I am hoping to catch it on video soon! Whenever he sees the phone/camera he freezes and stares at it so no luck so far!

4 months

Time is still flying by! I can't believe Collin is four months old. He loves to grab onto things. He babbles and coos all day long! He loves to play with the pugs and watch them. He gets so excited when his daddy comes home from work. Here are some pictures with his sitcker!

Collin's First Christmas and Trip

Collin's first Christmas was spent in Simpsonville/Easley/Fountain Inn.  Philip had to work at another Under Armour so we were able to come a little early and stay a little late.  :)

We spent a few days before Christmas with my mom.  Lots of people came to see Collin including my cousin Wes.  Wes is in the Navy and had just gotten home from San Diego.  A few days after Christmas, he was going to Bahrain.

We spent Christmas Eve (night) and Christmas morning with Philip's family.  Collin got his first stocking!  He tried to take the bows off the presents.  We had to open quickly because more guests arrived.

For lunch, we went to Nana's.  Everyone was there and we had a great time.  Collin got lots of good presents including a Poppity-Pop Musical Dino, a Baby Einstein My First Story reader, diapers, and clothes.

Collin's Christmas Loot (most of it)

Anna gave him a Sophie the giraffe, some clothes, and some cute new pacis.  My mom gave him a Move and Crawl ball (and some money for him later).  Philip's parents gave him a Vtech Alphabet Activity Cube.  We gave him a new stroller toy, some books, some pacis, and a few other small things.  I can't wait to see him play with all these neat toys!

After we ate lunch and hung out a while, we went to visit Kyle, Courtney, and Kimberly.  We met up with them earlier in the week, but forgot to take a picture of the babies together.  Kimberly is precious and soo tiny!

After Christmas, we went back to my mom's for a few more days.  We had Collin's picture made at Portrain Innovations right before coming home.  We had so much stuff that the Cardens had to drive us all the way home!

3 Months

Here are the pictures we took when Collin turned 3 months old.  His eyes are for sure brown now.  We just aren't sure whether they will be a lighter brown like mine or a darker brown like Philip's.  He can hit and kick anything close to him.  He loves the pugs and watching them around him.  He watches Tucker the most.  His favorite toys are still the Skip Hop Owl and the Baby Einstein Take Along Tunes (which we call his iPod).  I can't believe how fast he is growing.  He has learned so much in only a few short months.  I can't wait to see what the next 3 months are like!

First Thanksgiving

The Carden's came to our house for an early Thanksgiving since Philip would want to rest up for the craziness that is Black Friday. We had a great meal. They were able to take me (and Collin) back home with them. This allowed us to enjoy our family Thanksgiving at Nana's house.

I am awful at remembering to take pictures! We went lots of places and met up with many people who wanted to see Collin. We got to see all our family which is always nice! We saw Wendy and Lindsay, Kyle, and Mrs. Finchum and Jenna. We had such a good time with everyone.

I was planning on getting my hair done on Friday morning by Anna. We had arranged for Nana to watch Collin while I was gone. Anna ended up not feeling well, but I was able to run some errands and get the last of my Christmas shopping done. :)

This is the only picture I too the entire trip. I will try to do better next time.
